Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the behaviour expected from all Binaryll Users and the activities that are not allowed on the Platform. This Policy applies to the Binaryll website, User Accounts, quizzes, Tokens, Lifelines, Support channels and any User-submitted information.

Please read this Policy with the Terms & Conditions, Token & Credit Terms, Children's Privacy & Safety page and Contact & Complaints page. You must use Binaryll lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended quiz and entertainment purpose.

2. Responsible Use of Binaryll

When using Binaryll, you must:

• Provide accurate Account information;
• Keep login credentials private and secure;
• Use your own Account only;
• Use Token-powered Lifelines only through the intended Platform features;
• Respect Binaryll's Quiz Content, systems, staff and other Users;
• Report suspected security issues, inappropriate Content, fraud or Account misuse promptly; and
• Follow all applicable laws.

3. Account Misuse

You must not:

• Share, sell, transfer or rent an Account;
• Create an Account using false, misleading or impersonated information;
• Create multiple Accounts to bypass Token limits, restrictions or promotional rules;
• Access or attempt to access another person's Account;
• Use another person's payment method without authority; or
• Use an Account after it has been suspended or closed without Binaryll's written permission.

4. Gameplay Misuse

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, cheats, exploits or unauthorised software;
• Manipulate scores, Quiz answers, timers, rankings, Tokens or Lifeline functions;
• Attempt to discover, extract or interfere with Binaryll's quiz-answer systems;
• Circumvent security controls, rate limits, access restrictions or technical protections; or
• Use Binaryll in a way that damages, overloads or disrupts the Platform.

5. Token and Payment Misuse

You must not:

• Sell, transfer, gift or exchange Tokens;
• Attempt to obtain Tokens through fraud, exploits or unauthorised methods;
• Make false refund, cancellation, payment-dispute or chargeback claims;
• Use promotions, bonus Tokens or discount offers dishonestly;
• Alter or attempt to alter Token balances, payment records or transaction histories; or
• Make a Purchase using a payment method without permission.

Tokens are digital in-platform items only and cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world value. Payment, cancellation and refund rules are covered by the Token & Credit Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Harmful, Inappropriate or Illegal Conduct

You must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or abuse another person;
• Post hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or sexually explicit material;
• Share Content that is illegal, harmful or inappropriate for Binaryll's intended audience;
• Impersonate Binaryll, an employee, another User or another person;
• Promote scams, fraud, phishing, illegal activity or deceptive conduct;
• Upload malware, viruses or harmful code; or
• Use the Platform to collect personal information about another person without permission.

7. Protection of Children and Vulnerable Users

You must not use Binaryll to exploit, harm, contact inappropriately or collect personal information from children or vulnerable Users.

You must not share sexual, harmful, abusive or age-inappropriate Content. You must not encourage children to make Token Purchases without permission from a parent, guardian or authorised payment-method holder.

Binaryll may immediately restrict or close an Account that creates a child-safety risk. Please refer to the Children's Privacy & Safety page for further information.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Protection

You must not:

• Copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute or sell Binaryll Quiz Content without written permission;
• Extract quiz questions, answers, hints, graphics, software or databases to create a competing service;
• Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
• Use Binaryll branding, logo or Content in a misleading way; or
• Upload or submit material that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.

9. Security Reporting

If you discover a possible security vulnerability, report it responsibly through the Support Email.

You must not exploit, publicise or use a vulnerability to access data, gain Tokens, disrupt the Platform or harm Users. Binaryll may investigate security reports and take reasonable steps to protect the Platform.

10. Enforcement and Consequences

Binaryll may investigate suspected breaches of this Policy.

Where appropriate, we may take proportionate action, including:

• Warning the User;
• Restricting Platform features;
• Removing or correcting affected Content or Token records;
• Suspending or closing an Account;
• Cancelling fraudulent transactions where appropriate; and
• Reporting serious unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

Binaryll may preserve relevant Account, technical and transaction records where needed for security, fraud prevention or legal purposes. Enforcement action does not remove any legal rights that Users may have.

11. Changes to This Policy

Binaryll may update this Policy when its services, safety measures, technical systems or legal obligations change. The updated version will display a revised Last Updated Date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, Account area or email where appropriate.
