Token & Credit Terms

1. Purpose and Scope

These Token & Credit Terms explain how Tokens, bonus Tokens, Token packs and Token-powered Lifelines are purchased, credited, used, adjusted and treated on Binaryll. These Terms should be read with the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where relevant, Binaryll applies the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to the supply of digital content and consumer rights.

2. What Tokens Are

Tokens are digital items used only within Binaryll. They can be used for optional Lifelines during eligible quizzes. Tokens are not cash, cryptocurrency, e-money, a financial product, investment, prize, reward or stored-value account. They have no value outside Binaryll.

Tokens cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, goods, services or real-world value, except where required by applicable law. Purchasing or using Tokens does not guarantee a correct answer, higher score, successful Quiz completion or any particular result.

3. Token Packs and Pricing

Binaryll displays Token packs, prices, Token quantities, bonus Tokens, currency and applicable charges clearly before checkout. The Token packs currently available are:

Binaryll may change future Token-pack prices or offers, but a confirmed Purchase will not be affected. We may correct an obvious pricing, technical or display error before Tokens are delivered.

4. Bonus Tokens

Some Token packs may include bonus Tokens. Bonus Tokens are promotional digital items and have no separate cash value. Bonus Tokens may be subject to specific expiry, use or promotional conditions only where these are clearly stated before Purchase.

If a related Token Purchase is refunded, cancelled or reversed, Binaryll may remove the corresponding purchased Tokens and bonus Tokens, subject to applicable law. Binaryll does not state that bonus Tokens expire unless an expiry rule has been confirmed, implemented and clearly disclosed.

5. How Tokens Can Be Used

Tokens may be used for the following Lifelines:

The Token cost will be displayed before you confirm a Lifeline request. A Lifeline may be unavailable for certain Quiz types, gameplay stages or technical reasons. Tokens are deducted when you confirm the Lifeline request. A Lifeline may not be reversed once it has been successfully delivered or used. However, Binaryll may restore Tokens where a Lifeline fails because of a verified Platform-side technical issue.

6. Token Balance and Transaction History

Where available, you can view your Token balance through your Binaryll Account. Binaryll maintains records of Token Purchases, bonus Tokens, Token deductions, adjustments and refunds. You should notify us promptly if you believe your Token balance or transaction history is incorrect. Binaryll may correct clear errors in Token balances, pricing, promotions or transaction records.

7. Token Expiry

Purchased Tokens do not expire while your Binaryll Account remains active, unless Tokens are removed because of a refund, payment reversal, fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms. Any future expiry rule for purchased or bonus Tokens will be clearly stated before it takes effect, including the expiry period, when it begins and the Token types affected.

8. Account Closure and Lost Access

You must use accurate Account details and keep your login credentials secure. If you lose access to your Account, contact Binaryll promptly. Before closing an Account, Users should contact Binaryll to understand the treatment of any unused Tokens. Closing an Account does not automatically create a refund right for unused Tokens.

If an Account is suspended or closed because of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or breach of the Terms & Conditions, Binaryll may restrict access to Tokens, subject to applicable law.

9. Refunds, Cancellations and Reversals

Refund rights are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Binaryll may restore Tokens, re-deliver Tokens or issue a refund where there is a verified duplicate payment, failed Token allocation, technical issue or another valid reason. If a payment is refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back, Binaryll may remove the associated purchased Tokens and bonus Tokens from the Account.

If Tokens were used before a refund request is resolved, Binaryll will assess the request fairly in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Users must not submit false refund, payment-dispute or chargeback claims.

10. Prohibited Token Activity

You must not:

• Sell, transfer, gift or exchange Tokens;
• Create multiple Accounts to obtain promotions or bypass Token restrictions;
• Use bots, scripts, exploits or unauthorised methods to gain, duplicate or spend Tokens;
• Attempt to alter Token balances or transaction records;
• Use Tokens for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity; or
• Misuse refunds, promotions, payment disputes or chargebacks.

11. Changes to These Token & Credit Terms

Binaryll may update these Terms when Token packs, Lifelines, pricing, promotions, technical systems or legal obligations change. The updated Terms will show a revised Last Updated Date. Material changes affecting existing Token balances will be communicated reasonably in advance, unless an urgent security, fraud or legal reason requires immediate action.
