1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Binaryll, including the Binaryll website, quizzes, user accounts, Token purchases, Lifelines, support services and related communications. By accessing Binaryll, creating an Account, playing a Quiz, purchasing Tokens or using a Lifeline, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Token & Credit Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Children's Privacy & Safety page.

These Terms are subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• Binaryll / Platform means the Binaryll website, trivia quizzes, game features, account tools and related services.
• User / Player means any person using Binaryll.
• Account means a registered user profile on Binaryll.
• Quiz means a trivia challenge available through the Platform.
• Token means a digital item that can only be used within Binaryll.
• Lifeline means an optional in-game feature that assists a Player during a Quiz.
• Purchase means a payment made for a Token pack or paid Platform feature.
• Content means quiz questions, answers, text, graphics, branding, software and other materials available on Binaryll.
• User Content means information submitted by Users, including account details, feedback, support messages and any permitted submissions.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Binaryll is designed as an age-appropriate quiz platform for children, young people and adults. A child may only create or use an Account with the involvement and permission of their parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Where parental consent is required, Binaryll may take reasonable steps to verify that the person giving consent has parental responsibility.

All users, parents and guardians must provide accurate age information during registration. Binaryll may restrict, suspend or close an Account where it reasonably believes that incorrect age information has been provided or that the necessary parental or guardian permission has not been obtained.

Binaryll is designed with children's privacy, safety and best interests in mind, in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. We use age-appropriate privacy settings, collect only the information reasonably needed to provide the Platform, and do not knowingly use children's personal data for inappropriate marketing, profiling or advertising purposes.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of Binaryll, including any purchases or payment activity. Please read our Children's Privacy & Safety page and Privacy Policy for further information about how we protect children's information.

4. User Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining your Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts must not be shared, sold, transferred or used by another person.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account unless you promptly notify us that it has been accessed without permission. You must contact Binaryll immediately if you suspect account misuse, unauthorised access or any security concern. Binaryll may suspend, restrict or close an Account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms.

5. Quiz Gameplay

Binaryll provides trivia quizzes for entertainment and general-knowledge purposes. Quiz topics, difficulty levels, formats, timers and availability may vary. We may update, correct, remove or replace quiz questions, answers, hints, scores, timers and game features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every Quiz, answer, question or feature will always be complete, current, available or error-free.

You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, cheats, exploits or other unauthorised methods to influence gameplay, answers, scores or results. Where misuse is detected, Binaryll may reset, remove or restrict affected gameplay data.

6. Tokens and Lifelines

Tokens are digital items for use only within Binaryll. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, e-money, a financial product, investment, prize or real-world reward. Tokens cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, sold, gifted or redeemed for cash or real-world value, except where required by applicable law.

Tokens may only be used for available Binaryll Lifelines, which may include:

• Removing an incorrect answer;
• Receiving a useful hint;
• Using a 50/50 option;
• Getting an extra life;
• Skipping a question; and
• Gaining extra time.

The Token cost of a Lifeline will be displayed before you confirm its use. A Lifeline does not guarantee a correct answer, a higher score, quiz completion or any particular result.

7. Token Purchases and Payments

Before you complete a Purchase, Binaryll will display the Token-pack price, Token amount, any bonus Tokens, currency and applicable charges. You must review your order before submitting payment and must use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Binaryll may correct an obvious pricing, technical or display error before an order is fulfilled. Tokens will be supplied to your Account after successful payment confirmation. Payment disputes, duplicate payments, failed Token allocation and eligible refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

Token packs and Lifelines are digital content and digital services. Before a Token Purchase is completed, Binaryll will explain when digital delivery will begin. Where immediate delivery begins, the checkout process will request any acknowledgements required for digital content.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Cancellation requests, refunds, failed delivery and payment disputes are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This section is intended to operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use Binaryll for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive activity;
• Create multiple Accounts to bypass Token limits, restrictions or payment rules;
• Use bots, scripts, automation, cheats, hacks or reverse-engineering methods;
• Attempt to access another person's Account, data or restricted Platform areas;
• Interfere with the Platform, servers, payment processes or security measures;
• Upload malware, viruses or harmful code;
• Misuse Token Purchases, refunds, chargebacks, promotional offers or support channels;
• Harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse another person; or
• Post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful content.

10. Intellectual Property

Binaryll owns or licenses its website, name, branding, logo, quiz questions, answer options, hints, text, graphics, software and game features. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for lawful personal use only. This does not transfer ownership of any Binaryll Content to you.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Binaryll Content without our written permission. You must not copy or extract quiz questions, answers, hints or other game material to create or support a competing service. If you believe Content on Binaryll infringes copyright, trademark or another intellectual-property right, contact us with your name, contact details, the relevant Content reference and evidence of your rights. Relevant rights may be protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

11. Privacy and Cookies

Binaryll processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We may collect account details, quiz activity, Token history, payment status, device data, cookie preferences and support communications. This information may be used to operate the Platform, process Purchases, provide support, protect Accounts, prevent fraud and improve our services.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies and direct marketing are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection and electronic-communications laws.

12. Availability and Platform Changes

Binaryll aims to keep the Platform available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access at all times. Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, security work, technical faults, internet issues or third-party interruptions. We may add, change, suspend or remove Quiz content, Lifelines, Token packs or Platform features where reasonably necessary.

Where a material change affects a paid service, we will provide suitable notice where appropriate and respect applicable consumer rights.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Binaryll is an entertainment and general-knowledge platform only. Quiz questions, answers and hints are not legal, medical, financial, educational, tax or professional advice. We do not guarantee that all Quiz Content is complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

Any limitation of liability under these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and must be fair. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

Binaryll may suspend, limit or terminate an Account for breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, misuse of Tokens or unlawful activity. Where reasonable, we will provide an explanation and give you an opportunity to contact Support. You may stop using Binaryll at any time.

Closing an Account does not automatically reverse used Tokens, completed Purchases or legitimate outstanding obligations. Requests to delete personal data will be handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Binaryll may update these Terms where its services, Token system, payment methods, legal obligations or business practices change. The updated version will show a revised Last Updated Date. Where changes are material, we may provide reasonable notice through the website, Account area or email, where appropriate.

Your continued use of Binaryll after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance, subject to applicable consumer-law requirements.

16. Complaints

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact Binaryll first so we can investigate it within a reasonable period. You retain any legal rights to seek assistance or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
